Cross Country Web-site! 08:30:10 Hello Team! Starting this Friday, practice
will be immediately after school.
Meet at the oval office at 3:45. Information on Saturday’s GO TROJANS! 08:28:10 Results of the Stage

Races can be found HERE. GO TROJANS! 08:22:10 Team pictures have been rescheduled and
will be on Monday, August 30th at 6:00 pm. The team will meet at the bus
lanes. Practice will follow
immediately after pictures are finished. All athletes need to be in the
cross country uniform. If you do
not have a uniform, go to Big Peach (Marietta) to purchase one. They will know what you need. Also, Thursday is Lassiter’s open house
so we will have practice immediately after school. We will meet at the Oval office

forms and dues of $185 returned as soon as possible. Please contact Jeff Morris with

Friday 8/20. The Spirit wear
order form can be found HERE. Jeff Morris will be at practice
Wednesday 8/18 at 7PM to collect Booster club forms/payments and Spirit wear

is a busy day with the 12 minute run starting off our cross country season ! 7:20 AM -
Athletes need to arrive at the Lassiter track. 8:00 AM - 12 Minute
Run 9:00 AM -
Parent meeting 5:00 PM - Team
party for parents, athletes and coaches. 8:00
AM - 12 Minute Run For those new
to Lassiter's Cross Country Program, the 12 minute run is
the method used to determine the initial placement of the athletes on
the varsity and JV squads. Athletes will run for 12 minutes trying to
cover the most distance (laps) as possible. At the end of
12 minutes, their total laps and partial laps will be tallied. Last year's results Here This is a fun spectator-friendly event and a good venue
to cheer on the team. 9:00 AM - Parent meeting Coaches will discuss the upcoming season with the
parents. Cross Country Dues of $185 will be collected at this
time. Big peach will be on-site for uniform purchases. Spirit wear orders will be taken at
this time. (Please note:
Each of the three stations will require a separate check.) 5:00
PM - Team Party
We will have a
team party at the Trojan house. (details to follow) Save

7th 9:00 AM Hello Team! We need parents and athletes
this Saturday to help get the trails ready for the season. We need rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows,
hand pruners, branch clippers etc.
(Gloves will be helpful.) Please meet at McCleskey Middle
School 9:00 AM. Directions here. There is much territory to cover
at McCleskey and Lassiter but many hands make quick work! GO
TROJANS! The 2010

2010 Lettering Criteria HERE 07:29:10 Mandatory Practice Next Week (August 2nd – August 6th) Mandatory practice starts next Monday August 2nd at
Lassiter. Practice starts at 7PM and should end around
8:30. Meet at the oval office (right next to the restrooms
on the home side of the stadium.) It's going to be a GREAT season ! GO TROJANS! Don’t forget the
volunteer Sunday runs at Directions to parking at CW
